Half of a local Michigan acorn squash stuffed with italian sausage*, brown rice, and goat cheese. Other ingredients include garlic, onions, celery

Rigatoni with white beans and sausage $14
Comfort food – a large serving of al dente rigatoni pasta with white beans, crumbled sausage*, parmesan cheese, and a little spinach.

Organic boneless chicken* breasts brined overnight and baked in our homemade bbq sauce. Pairs well with our coleslaw and a Zingermans roll.

Kids are back in school, flu season is around the corner, get your immune system up with this anti-inflammatory, magnesium rich, omega fat loaded protein bowl – baked salmon, quinoa, pumpkin seeds, wilted spinach with garlic, edamame, shredded carrot, tahini and turmeric dressing

Detroit Made Brats $10
Corridor Sausage Co. brats, made right in Detroit. Two grilled brats smothered with peppers from Ives Farm Market here in Jackson, cooked onions, and a side of raw sauerkraut from The Brinery (so good for your gut bacteria!), warm buns on side if you’d like.

Ives buttered sweet corn $4
2 ears of sweet corn from Ives Farm, on the cobb, cut in half and buttered

Baked Beans $6
Beans brined all night and slow cooked in the oven with bacon, onions, and brown sugar served in a pint cup

Grilled potato foil packets $6
Cut potatoes, onions, butter, and herbs wrapped in a foil packet and grilled

Shrimp Boil $16
Wild caught US shrimp, Ives red potatoes, chunks of Ives sweet corn, onions, sausage, and Old Bay seasoning boiled all together.
